GILGAMESH The Digital Library Book

The Epic of Gilgamesh is a completely interactive digital library book. The introduction consists of a separate window. From here click on Start and begin the story. On the main window are 12 blocks listed at the bottom. Each one represents a “tablet” or chapter of the Epic of Gilgamesh. Here you have a choice of viewing a small animated preview or start the reading. Once reading is selected the screen changes to the main reading screen. There are three buttons on the right. These are options you have for reading through the text. You may have the chapter read to you and you may listen to the sound track while reading or you may stop either one at any time. The buttons on the left are for viewing information about the Epic of Gilgamesh and the authors. You may stop and start at any time you like. With these very easy an interactive options you are able to browse through the entire Epic of Gilgamesh.
